Our 30 day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied with your print(s), please return them within 30 days of the purchase transaction date and we will reprint, exchange, or refund your purchase price. Returned items MUST be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery received date. To be considered for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return request, we require a copy of NEOS invoice as your proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with an approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale, discounted, or comped items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, not printed correctly, or damaged when received. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email briefly explaining the problem at

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping a returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


NEOS  utilizes state-of-the-art, professional-grade Epson printers. We use premium matte card stock. The extra weight and thickness accentuates superior quality. We use premium glossy sticker paper for stickers.
